    I bought 2 jars pepperonchi delicatessen style. Big jars. Both have black stuff floating around in them. Called the company no one answers. Left message Tuesday for a call back. No call back. You would think a company who sells food would take a complaint seriously. Black stuff floating around in two unopened jars is a serious risk. There are way too many food recalls for them to not even call me back. I want my money back but they also should take the info on the jars incase others get sick from this black stuff

    We have no record that ************************* has contacted us no voice message was left from anyone by that name in the past month in our Consumer Relations voicemail. Since receiving the letter from the BBB we have tried to reach out on 2 separate occasions but the number provided reverts directly to voicemail where we have left messages. We would gladly provide replacement coupons if we could get in contact with our customer.  We will continue to reach out.  We also would be able to provide self addressed materials to retrieve the suspect product to investigate what may be the source of the black material reported to be floating in the jar.  We have received no other complaints that have been similar in this product.
