    Would strongly caution consumers to avoid this company. If there are issues, they put the onus in the customer. Paid then $14,000 for remediation of moisture and foundation issues. They have doubled down on you should have known when I actually did pay them $6k for foundation repairs and theyre trying to say we had a conversation about a floating girder and I declined to fix that when I believed them to be fully remediating my foundation issues. Were stuck in he said, she said - not a great place when youve paid a company $14,000.

Second, we're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your most recent encounter with us and would like to address your concerns.

    We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the scope of work for the project that we performed for you. Our initial estimate was provided to address all the different issues identified in your crawl space (two separate foundation issues, mold, and elevated moisture levels). However, you proceeded with a smaller project (in the amount of $13k not $140,000), which didn't encompass the comprehensive solution in the original quote. This is an important clarification, as the repair for the girder issue causing the sloping floors that you're currently experiencing was part of the original quote that wasn't ultimately pursued. We have provided you with documentation on all of our findings and these estimates along with photos from each time we were at your home.

    The subsequent dehumidifier installation was a separate service you requested a year after completing the initial project. While the dehumidifier installation was completed without issue, it's important to note that this work was distinct and suggested in the comprehensive solution originally quoted.

    We want to clarify that performing additional work beyond the scope of the original contract would involve additional costs, as it did with the dehumidifier installation.

    We recently chose not to provide you with an estimate for the girder repair due to the various threatening calls and emails that we received after explaining there were going to be additional costs for this project. We are very sorry if this has provided you with any additional stress and has left a bad impression of our company.

    We pride ourselves on our quality of work and communication/relationships with our customers. Our priority is to provide clear and accurate information to our clients so they can make informed decisions about the work they would like to have done. We are genuinely sorry if you felt that was not the case in your interactions with us, and we wish you the best of luck in the future.
