5 starsOn one of our coldest weekends, my furnace goes out. I was ok w a small electrical heater and could make it to Monday, regular business hours. But I called and left a message Saturday morning. I did not expect a call back till Monday. But later that afternoon I received a phone call from the office checking on me and getting me scheduled for a Monday AM appointment.
