Anyday Heating and Cooling: 1. Damaged my HVAC during the installation of a UV light and blower fan cleaning, almost causing severe water damage to my home, save for an overflow sensor in my overflow pan. 2. Offered to repair my system, but at a cost over $2000 dollars 3. Blamed the damage on the fact that the HVAC was old, and told me I was responsible for getting it fixed. 4. I had to self-diagnose and self-repair my HVAC, causing me to have to cancel my wedding anniversary plans 5. The repair I performed cost me only 20 dollars, but took up nearly an entire day to finish. The HVAC is now functioning normally. 6. I asked the company for a billing adjustment for the $1888.60 I was charged for the combination of UV light installation, blower fan cleaning, and capacitor replacement as compensation for my trouble. 7. Their invoices do not reflect the cost that I paid and an itemized list of parts and labor. I have attached an email communication with Anyday, which summarizes the phone conversation I had with their operations manager, and details a timeline for the events which lead me to file this complaint. I am also aware that the company was caught overcharging people for capacitor replacements when they were originally called Comfort Services, which ended up being a local news story.Business response

AnyDay reach out to customer to discuss a resolution immediately after learning of the service appointment. We discuss several different solutions with the customer doing the phone call. However, the customer and AnyDay was not able to come to a mutual solution.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: AnyDay Heating and Cooling did not offer any type of billing adjustment, large or small, and did not respond timely to either my direct complaint or the BBB complaint. I would like a partial refund or billing adjustment to resolve the complaint. The company only offered me a store credit.

I had been using this company for over 7 years. I had both my upstairs and downstairs systems replaced with them. Satisfied till the last 3 years. Every time their maintenance person has come out in the last three years and gives my systems an excellent report, a week or so later, I am having to pay to get something repaired. Once I started complaining, they stopped calling back! When I got my annual maintenance back in about May of this year, the technician told me my system checked out and that there were no problems. A week later my heat was not blowing out properly and they came back and fixed it and I had to pay a little over $600.00. My question was why did the maintenance just give my system working properly a week earlier. I also explained that the same thing had happened last year when they cam out to check, a few weeks later I had to have a repair. Well once he did the repair, a week or so later my air was not blowing out properly and it would cost another 600+ dollarsBusiness response
