    Service: PR Outreach Campaign (Paid In Full) Paid on 9/3/2025 Canceled on 10/10/2025, 8:08 am PST Amount Paid: $1,000.00 Desired Resolution: Immediate, full refund of $1,000.00 due to failure to deliver contracted services.Complaint Summary: Failure to ************************************ of Termination.The client retained the vendor for a comprehensive, prepaid in full PR campaign by Senior PR pro. The vendor failed to provide a transparent or effective service, necessitating cancellation after six weeks.1. Failure to Perform and ********************** Breach): The primary $1,000 ********** resulted in only one (1)secured sample placement over six weeks. The vendor failed to research the client, resulting in duplicative outreach (e.g., ******** *******). Additionally, pitches verbally mentioned on a call (****** *******, Parade, TV Opportunity - 120 samples) were not reflected in the official activity log, demonstrating incomplete documentation.2. Lack of Transparency and Communication Failure: The vendor operated without a transparent system. By the sixth week (Oct 2025), the calls tracker was severely outdated - 4 calls entered; the vendor refused real-time updates until forced (she fell ill - time was given to recover). Communication protocols failed: personal email was used instead of business, delaying communications. Paid invoice was delivered exactly one month late.3. Refusal to Respect Termination: Despite the formal cancellation on 10/10/2025, the vendor refused to respect it, unilaterally insisting on continuing unauthorized service activities (nurturing communications). The vendor also refused to provide the client with visibility into editor communications, stating: "this is how its done in the industry".4. Unjustified Refund Delay: The vendor is holding the $1,000 refund until 11/5/2025. This constitutes an unjustified delay of approximately 21 calendar days following the documented termination of service as an interest free loan.
