CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!!Im very disappointed customer. $20k they were paid between two branches . ************** and There Fletcher location. 8 months to get my car back the first time.Traction control didnt work. I figured that out when i started fishtailing side to side at 45mph. Barely got it back under control. Paid to have the frame checked. Not ********************************************** my driveway. Another 10k to replace the frame , steering control arm ,front fender etc. 10 months i waited. Finally get it back clutch slipping like crazy. Pull up on a curb at work go to back off it . It almost rip the whole front bumper , grill etc off the car. I tell them when i take it back for them to install my decals something was right. What happen. I park in the same place always away from everyone. The park curb shouldn't have almost rip the bumper and grill off the car . It was literally swinging. I was told by the 2nd or 3rd manager in 10 months they would recheck everything. I pick it up and it sits for little over a year until i could afford to have the clutch replaced. The day i take it to have the clutch replaced , i noticed my splash guard that attaches to the lower part of the bumper to the crossmember is missing. At this point Im beyond upset. I called to speak with the manager that acts like Im making the story up . I find the emails sent ***** addressing the issues year earlier. That they never tried to contact me. This is a car thats had all its warranty service work at the dealer. Car had 92k miles on it when i received it back. It has 93k on it now.Again failed to return my call or email. I left a message wanting to speak with the owner just a little over a month ago.I went ahead and ordered the splash guard. I removed the bumper myself a few weeks ago to see just what the problem was. The support bracket that attaches to the fender on both sides on a challenger , driver side mount was there it just wasn't attached with fasteners.
