On May 1st at 650pm, I placed a mobile order and entered the drive thru. The clerk confirmed my mobile order and had me pull around. She had difficulty printing a recent so she just saved me through. The next clerk asked what I ordered and looked at me confused when I told her. She asked me to repeat. She asked me to repeat again. She finally comes back with our slushies, no straws and had ** pull forward. We sat there for what seemed like 15 minutes watching multiple cars get serviced, ushered into drive thru spots and had their meals promptly delivered. Each time the girl running the food gave me a rude look. I asked her why the car behind me just received two happy meals when I was waiting on one. Her response was she didn't know and then she came back and told me they gave my other meal to that man too and I would have to wait further. She finally delivered my food with no apology or compensation. The fries were cold, our slushies melted since we never got straws and when we got home the food was wrong. They didn't follow the instructions for the quarter pounder, or maybe they did but they gave it to the other guy and gave ** the bad one. Either way I felt I was treated poorly at multiple points and offered multiple opportunities to remedy the situation but the employees failed at every chance. The girl at the drive thru was not attentive, rude, and I would argue manufactured our long wait based off how many customers got quick service after **. The girl running the food couldn't be bothered to read the situation and fix it. She had zero intiative or problem solving. She scoffed at me when I asked why my food had been delayed so long. The absolute horrid service coupled with the wait time and quality of food warrants nothing short of a full apology from the locations manager and a full refund.
