This company is a straight up scam. I have 2 service dogs and completely documented and peach tree has copies of all documents. Well ***** the property manager kept all of my deposit when I moved out saying I wasnt allowed service dogs even though I gave them all the proof when I moved in and moved out. She then tried to say I had 3 dogs which I did not and was willing to provide video proof of any day I was living there. Through multiple passed inspection of the 2 years I lived there, there was never an is*** with both my dogs which they took pictures many times. I had a large kennel in the back yard for my dogs to stay in when I was away for periods of time. She tried to tell me no service dog is kept out doors in a kennel, which in all the pictures they took shows the grass grown on the inside proving they were not there often. Then she tried to tell me that no one has 2 service dogs so I told well I did then she asked me for what and I told. After I told her she laughed in my face. For 1 her asking me and denying returning my deposit is against federal law and the housing act for service animal. *** tried multiple time to contact her to discuss this on multiple occasions and shes keeps avoiding my emails and phone calls. All in all Im in my right to have service dogs with documentation and video proof of the number of dogs in my house. So if anyone can help me get in contact with the right people to have her investigated and my money returned. Otherwise i will take a different approach and *** the company for unlawful practices and violations of the federal housing act.
