    "My experience with this company has been a complete disaster from the sectional being delivered a day early (was an absolutely fluke I was even home) the sectional being taken out of all its packaging in my driveway (had been raining) the sectional being ripped in three places (it was too heavy for them to lift over a 2ft railing on the stairs into the house) I even paid extra for White Glove delivery.
