Got a car from auto store group Farmville Nc the second day after getting the car I had to take the car back take it back day by day a problem was fix but there was another problem haven’t even had the car 2 weeks yet. And had to take it back and they kept the car for some days until a part came in that they said need after replacing the part the car had the same issue took car back, they say nothing wrong with it. The next day I had a bad experience from the car had to get tower to pick it up when tower pick car it it took some time for the car to start and what I had experience , but the manger owner of the shop wouldn’t even ask his tower anything about the car I have call every time I had a issue with that car to let them no what going on and they would say bring it in as what I did until I couldn’t and they had there tower to pick it up. We just got fed up with the car because we shouldn’t have to go under no hood of that car after getting it went to get my down payment back, I couldn’t get it back the manger told me to just drive it because he doesn’t see nothing wrong with the car again wouldn’t give me my down payment back have not even had the car 2 weeks yet. There is a warranty on the cars, I am thinking they wants us to keep driving the lemons cars until the warranty is out thinking there will be a payment made on the car when the due if the car doesn’t do right cause its not that how get back and forth to work thinking we had a good car but not. This business has a lot of bad reviews I wish I had look at the before purchasing. All want my down payment back and find me a good car that can get us back and forth to work. I would not recommend anyone doing business with these money hungry peoples. With my warranty I should be able to get my down payment but I am being told just drive the car to see how it does and then he walks away.
