    On 2/3/25 ***** ****** from J&J Towing was dispatched by *** to tow my car 92 miles away to a ******************** ***** ****** said he could complete the repairs necessary locally to avoid the long distance. ***** ****** said he was having difficulty getting the part quickly so I ordered it and had it sent on 2/5/25. He completed the repairs necessary and we picked up the car on 3/10/25 in the early evening. We paid $450 cash in addition to the radiator we bought at *************** and shipped which was $231. I noticed the car leaking the next morning and took it to my local ****** dealership where they immediyinformed me that the radiator was replace but there was a significant hole that had been puttied over. I took photos and they documented it in their paperwork. In reaching out to ***** ****** we were ghosted and then when I said I was filing a complaint if he didnt get back to me he called and verbally yelled to which I could not continue the phone conversation. There was no time that ***** ****** informed me that this repair was being done privately at his house apart from J&J Towing. ***** ****** gave me his J&J business card with his name and number, ***** ******* name and number and another gentleman. I had no interaction with anyone else but ***** ******. He was acting as a representative of J&J and I would have never agreed to this repair being done privately.
