      I placed an order for two custom bags to be made on May 7, 2021 at 12:28 pm: a belt/thigh side purse, and a coffin backpack. I gave them two yards of South African fabric to use as the liner that cost approximately $13/yard. I put a deposit of $214.00 down on the above time & date according to my square records. I have received no products and it has been almost one year since I placed the order. I was told back in December after many postponed due dates that my order was done & that it would be shipped to me at my *** ********* *** **** ******* ** ***** address. I was then told the product had "been lost" in the mail. I was then told that I could have a "rush" remade order with my custom fabric if they "could find" what was left. I was told it would be ready ASAP. On January 28, 2022 at 4:06 Pm i was told "as soon as i find the liner the back pack will be finished and the leg bag is not far behind". After texts from me on Feb 6 & 24 I had heard nothing. I finally received a call on Feb 27, saying that the bags where now getting a black liner because my fabric was not able to be located & that product would be done when they'd returned from Florida. On March 15 I sent a text saying "since i've received no updates or responses I want a full refund". They responded "they were currently somewhere I cannot take calls, we will have a refund issued as soon as possible". I responded by the end of the week. That deadline came & went. I was then told refund would be 15-20 business days on March 22. That date was April 18, 2022. I have yet to receive any refund. I received a txt on April 14 stating "please send me how you would like to receive your refund" to which i responded "I don't know what you mean by that? When I payed it was threw square on a card on 5/7/2021. processed at 3:33" It is now almost a full year from when I ordered the product, I have received nothing & not gotten the promised rushed order or refund.
