This company promotes authentic dresses however they do not provide authentic dresses but instead make their own cheap version of name brand dresses. The material and stitching is extremely cheap and poor quality. The customer service on top of all this is horrendous. I stated a complaint about my goods received and their response was that I am lying even though I provided pictures of the goods received as defective. I ordered a $145 dress which was unwearable as the stitching was completely open under the arms and the rest of the stitching throughout the dress was poor quality. The fabric used was cheap and also sizing was completely skewed. The dress was labeled as authentic ************** however it was not authentic and did not have any labels. Their customer service guy was rude and did not know the meaning of customer service. Instead of listening to my complaint he accused me of lying about the whole thing. I responded with the fact that I would not waste my time making false accusations on a mere $145 dress but instead was taken back by the absurd business practices of this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.
