    Purchased solar panels and also new roof in 2022. Currently selling my house and through inspection it is revealed covenant solar withheld potential deadly knowledge while installing new electric panel (my current aluminum wiring may cause fires). On top of that my box has never been approved. Covenant solar is now out of business and I like so many others are feeling the affects with no warranty when problems arise.

    They lied about what it would cost, how it worked, the warranty. Basically took my money and ran. Im paying $192 a month for panels that no longer work and it will cost at least $300 for someone else to look at it. Theyre not honoring the warranty and I still get an electric bill from Duke. So far, Solar with Covenant has cost me &100 more a month and Ive had it not quite 2 years. I dont know what to do.

    Was guaranteed they were a good business. They put the solar panels on, converter box installed, and waited for the city inspection. Then, they filed for bankruptcy. Now I'm stuck with this garbage on my house. I wasn't offered a refund, they didn't offer to come take this stuff off my house, NOTHING!!! GARBAGE COMAPNY!!

    DO NOT GET SOLAR PANELS!! 10 months ago, we had 19 panels installed at a price tag of $32k. With the promise that it would completely replace our electric bill. It has not. Now I am stuck with a loan payment and a payment to the power company. Bad decision and wish I had never done it. Then I find out where the raw materials for the solar panels comes from. Mostly slave labor in *****. The decision to get solar panels was a horrible decision all the way around.

    So far so good 10 k of panels installed the team did a great job. Waiting on inspections!
