    Hello I live in unit 17c .The Manager Itza was very rude to me. My apartment has been infested with roaches and rats for the past year and my heat is not working either. The only person who wanted to help me was the girl in th office she was very helpful but the manager told her to be quiet and started speaking Im Spanish I asked to speak English but she laughed and walked away.     I was a resident there from 2019 thru 2023. When Fortis Property took over it went all downhill. *******************(current property manager and ******* (current regional manager) are dishonest, rude, and unethical! I moved out on 3.24.23 and was denied a walk through when I moved out. Then was denied my security deposit due to "damages" to the flooring (which were caused by the maintenance staff and reported to the office- as I was instructed to by the maintenance staff). I have since sent several emails asking for corporate to call me so I could explain and get my security deposit back. I am still waiting for the call promised from Izthia from corporate. I asked that my emails be forwarded... Where is my response and my call? My last phone call was on 7/11/23!in addition to the several emails sent. As I am writing my review my old neighbor from ******************* that their neighbors just confronted them because ****** is saying there were complaints against them... they felt this surprising and concerning because the neighbors never filed a complaint. This is what ****** does, she lies and provides false statements to members of the community that are divisive and cause conflicts between neighbors. She did the same thing to myself on several occasions with my neighbors. I would like a repsonse from corporate and my security deposit back.
