              I attempted to order two Master Lock 1500ID Speed Dials from LCI. The company never shipped the locks. Upon investigation I discovered the locks were discontinued since the fall of 2022 and LCI has hundreds of complaints. There are no answers to phone calls or emails from their listed numbers or email address. It's likely LCI is overwhelmed with their complains and not aware this product has been discontinued and are waiting for a restock that isn't coming. If they actually have the locks on-hand then I want proof of that and shipment completed otherwise if LCI cannot fulfill the order then I want my money back which the company quickly processed with 24 hours.

              I ordered and paid for an item 11/24/2023 and after many telephone calls and emails was finally told theres no delivery date as of 1/4/2023. I cancelled the order and still havent been refunded the money. LCI said I was but thats not factual. Ive called at least 5 times and have a string of at least 5 conversations to resolve this. But still owed over $335 for this purchase. One star would be to high for this experience.
