    My team ordered a fleet of customer ********************** directly from Jason Cases approximately six months ago. After several weeks, we suddenly stopped receiving any updates about the progress of our order. When we reached out, all calls and emails went unanswered, unacknowledged, unreturned. Eventually we got to the point where we were forced to contact our legal team about how to get our money back, and once we shared that information, we got an update saying "changes needed to be made to our design," and that they should be shipped "within two weeks." That was around 6 weeks ago, and any changes made to our design was not collaborative in nature as that was the first time we even heard of it. At this point, I don't think we will ever see our cases, money, or a reply from Jason ever again.

    On Sunday(06-22-2025), I reached out to Jason ********** of JasonCases via email to explain that I intended on ordering a case from his company in order to travel with my technology for an upcoming business trip. I ordered the case the same day (06-22-2025) and purchased ***** Standard Overnight shipping through the ********************** website as well for $463.61. Jason confirmed that the order was received (06-22-2025) by emailing me a screenshot of the confirmation number and the receipt but asked "what day do you need it to arrive by?" On Monday(06-23-2025), I emailed Jason to ask if the case would arrive prior to my flight, to which he replied "Yes, that is the plan." On Thursday(06-26-2025), I emailed Jason to request a refund for the overnight shipping that I paid for because the package had apparently not even been dropped off for delivery until (06-25-2025). I found this out by searching the Tracking ID for my package through ***** directly. Jason responded by stating that "the package was sent out on time," to which I responded with a screenshot from the ***** search that I did which shows the actual dates that it was dropped off. As a result of all of this, I would like to be refunded for the cost of the overnight shipping ($463.61) and have the package sent to my home address as soon as possible, or a refund for the total cost of the purchase ($1,362.61).

    I purchased a case they have in stock on October 09, 2023. Today is October 18 and they haven't shipped the order. I have been trying to contact them but no one responds. They don't answer phone calls or emails. Only an automated message via email. They created a ***** shipping label but the tracking number status says that only the label was created.

    Usually the funds will appear within 2-3 business days, but sometimes longer depending on the financial institution.

    On June 13th, I ordered custom Pelican Case nameplate stickers for $88.80 (Oder# *****). From the start, there was no proactive communication from the company, like how to provide files or any progress notifications of the order. I would check in via live chat on the site regularly. After one month they told me that my order had gone into production with an estimated 24-hour turnaround time. I checked in weekly after that with no reply. Two weeks ago I asked for a refund since it didn't seem like the order would ever be fulfilled. After that, there was no reply to either my emails or live chats requesting a refund, and nobody answers their phone line.

    I reached out to Jason Cases on social media and we talked about doing a collaboration for a custom case for some very expensive lenses. He wanted me to send all 3 of these lenses saying that he would have them back to me by Feb 25th at the latest. Since then he has not responded to my emails and I fear I might never get this lens back. Luckily I only sent him one lens, but that was still a $4,000 lens. I'm afraid I might not ever get my lens back at this point. Is there anything that can be done?

    I ordered a case from them on November 2, 2021. They needed my $25K cinema lens to make a custom case. I shipped my lens to them and now I haven't heard from them on numerous calls, emails, social media. I'm worried about getting my lens back let alone the $523 I paid in advance for the case.

    The project was completed and delivered to the customer on 1/25/23.  The holiday season caused some projects to be delayed, but we are largely caught up by now.
