              On September 24, 2021 me and my fiancé arrived at the Downtown Sheraton for a little getaway from our hectic stressful jobs she's a doctor (family medicine) and I am a Sheriff Office Captain. The problem began on Saturday morning when the air conditioner system went out it became so hot in our room 82 degrees that my fiancé became sick we had to walk over to the next door to cool off. The Sheraton staff told us the problem would be fixed in a few hours so we walked around downtown for 4 hours when we returned it was still hot in our room. To make a long miserable story short we talk to a Sheraton staff member name **** who told us that he would be giving us 30,000 points on my Marriott Bonvoy Account. I waited 7 days but no 30000 points. I called back on 10/08/21 and spoke to a manager he advised that my 30,000 points will be applied on 10/12/21 I checked today and still no points. I am very disappointed that Sheraton would lie to two faithful customers. This is totally unacceptable!
