    I placed an online order through the app for a mobile pickup through the drive through. When I came to pickup my food at the drive through, I was told that mobile pickup orders must come inside to pick up their food. I told the person at the intercom that I have a mobile disability and that is why I was placing a mobile order. They refused to give me my order and stated they wouldn't refund me either. I pulled up to the window, and a very rude manager came, stated he wasn't going to give me my order unless I came inside. I again reiterated that I have a mobile disability to which the manager looked in my window, said I don't see a wheelchair or crutches or a handicap sticker so unless I can prove I have a disability, he wasn't going to give me my food. I expressed to the manager (large African American with dreds) that it's against *** federal regulations to demand proof of that nature, a d the manager said "Fuck you" and held up his middle finger. At this point I informed him the cops were being called, and I pulled over to request an officer. I blocked the drive through order machine, to which someone came out and asked me to move my car, again refusing to hand me my food even though at this point they've come to my window several times. I have never been treated so poorly somewhere, and I am also filling out a formal *** ********* with the department of justice.
