      I have received several surprise ******** from the O2 Dental Group of ****** with regards to a procedure on 1/30/2023.First, immediately after a procedure when the effects of an anesthetic were still in effect, an O2 employee attempted to bill me several times. None of which were explained, but after a third "recalculation" I was billed an additional $66.90 when I was told prior to the prodecure I had paid in full.Several weeks later, I received with another bill suggesting I owed still more for the same procedure. While told a bone graft was not covered by insurance, for such a frequent procedure (bone graft) by a large dental group (O2 Dental Group) to be unknown in insurance reimbursement (by Delta Dental) was deceptive in billing.In the supporting documents I've highlighted 1) Treatment plan by O2, 2) Bills paid 3) Insurance Explanation of Benefits 4) Additional Billing from O2

      Visited 02 Dental of Southern Pines (located in ********, **) on 1/6/23, at which time they required payment of $156 prior to receiving services. At that time they indicated that amount would be refunded when I provided insurance information again. During multiple conversations over the next three months, they continued to indicate a refund was being issued. On 4/17/2023 I received a bill for $15 along with a statement indicating **** payment of $190 on 3/8. When discussed with them on 4/18, they indicated the refund would be issued after **** paid an additional balance due of $108. The statement indicates that on 3/8, when the **** $190 payment was received, my account balance was -$271.00. Since that time, additional charges have been added to the account despite the fact that I have not received services since 1/6/2023.
