              Duke Credit Union continues to inconvenience and displace members. I had a checking account with them constantly ran into issues with ACH scheduled payments. Duke was not making them. Holding the money and the Credit card company who was supposed to be in receipt was not. It eventually led to fees and having my account closed. When I go out of town, the card magically stops working. There is no assistance after 5pm or anytime during the weekend. I have been stranded with no access to money entirely too much which led me to just closing the account. I still however had a joint savings account m with my son. Same thing. Just recently a request couldn't be made for a stop payment after 4 days of consistent calls getting wrong information then my cards are magically cut off. No access once again. Only one branch available Monday but no one can advise why the cards are off only that new replacements can be mailed. Unacceptable. I go in to close. Adv the other party has to be present. Not ok
