    Horrible don't do it. Management is terrible!! They don't fix anything. My mother has lived here for 12+ yrs rent paid on time since being there. Her air-conditioning unit has malfunctioned several times leaving her floor soaked which she had to wet vac herself after calling for 4 days leaving messages on A 24 hour emergency maintenance line. Keep in mind my mom is 65 and has multiple health issues including a recent heart attack. I've asked her about moving but she is concerned about breaking her lease. The unit has malfunctioned 4 or 5 times leaving the carpet soaked for days and they haven't replaced it. I grossed by their conduct and treatment of a ideal tenant. No complaints, house kept in great condition.

    The conduct exhibited by certain individuals, notably Assistant Manager ***************************** and another individual, ********, fell below professional standards. Should you consider applying here, I strongly advise maintaining a personal documentation trail through emails to record communications. Additionally, it may be prudent to have a witness present, as my experience suggests challenges in communication and conduct with these individuals. In addition, despite informing them of my preferred name, *****, I continued to be addressed by my former name.
