This is a scam! I really believed it would help my small dog walking business but all it did was cause a lot of frustration. It started in October 2019 when contacted by a salesperson, *******************. He went over everything or so I thought. I signed **. In the course of 5 days I was contacted via email by the customer service specialist, regional manager and a guy for ad approval. I paid off my bill in December. My contract was from 12/15/22 to 12/15/23. During this time I was contacted for ad approvals 4 times. Never stating this was for another year. Then in October ********************************************************************** October and December I emailed Accounts Receivable that I never signed up for another year, was not asked to sign up for another year and was not renewing. In December I emailed ******************* about this and he said he would take care of it then said it all set. Yet the invoices kept coming. In March 2024 my lawyer/friend wrote on my behalf. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager never called back after a week. She was told I signed a contract which I never did and she asked that the contract be produced. After a week of waiting, no contract was ever provided. At the first call she was told they would accept $500.00 from me to end all of this. I believe they owe me money because of the continued harassment and continued run around they have given me. I am going on a year of trying to get this ended and am no closer than the day I started. No contract, no mention of auto renewal and constant run around not to mention that I am out $3000.00 for an ad that run for a month and not an entire year as told. Received no business from this ad on the back of the receipt. I now have to pay to send a certified letter to a man, hoping he can help end this nightmare.Shoppers Local, LLC/RTN is a SCAM!!!!

I've been running ads with Shopper Local / RTN since 2013. I've got multiple businesses and we've used their services on an annual basis. We advertise a various grocers and using coupons with barcodes. Our system tracks the coupon redemptions and we have always been satisfied with the returns. We've run ads annually since 2013 and just signed another contract for 2024.I'd like to add that their represenatative, Raman, has been wonderful to work with. He's a great combination of patient yet persistent, and he's been very helpful with helping me find creative solutions to specific needs. Right before the lockdown I had just signed a long-term contract. ***** worked with me and didn't charge me for the contract until I was able to restart the ads. Overall I've had a very positive experience. I highly recommend the company and their product.

we have gradually added locations and have seen significant increase in business at pharmacy , the most bang for your buck.

We have worked with RTN (or Shopper Local) for many years. They have been very responsive to changes I have requested in our register tape ad and we have gained several new patients who have noted that they saw our ad on the grocery store receipt. I appreciate the quarterly check ins to see if we want to make any changes in our ad and the quality job that has been done upgrading our ad. Our experience with this company has been very good.

To any potential customers I would highly recommend that you visit your local supermarket which will be used to list your advertisement before actually signing any paperwork. Shopper Local LLC DBA Adcart will try to sell you on a fictitious number of leads and new customers that current advertisers have received. Contact the current advertisers and ask them for their opinion and for actual hard numbers of leads or customers gained by this advertising scheme. In my personal situation I did not do this till after I signed the contract and left a deposit. One other main issue I would also recommend is to be extremely wary of using their ad designer. In my current situation I was promised an original design, but instead I received an advertisement which was my business card simply copied and reorganized to fit into their provided slot dimensions. In the past 5 months since my ad has been displayed on the shopping carts of the contracted supermarket, I have not received a single lead or phone call. There are much cheaper and more effective means of advertising available instead of the services provided by this company.As a current customer I do not recommend using this company for any advertising needs. Lack of Results and Communication: We understand your frustration regarding the lack of leads and phone calls generated by your ad. While we believe our shopping cart ad program can be a valuable tool as Ad cart is a branding/name recognition program designed to keep ones business Top of Mind. In turn, that Top of Mind awareness greatly helps our advertising partners maintain and grow their respective businesses, results can vary depending on various factors, including industry, target audience, and ad placement.We did reach out to you to offer solutions, including credit towards current advertising campaigns or the opportunity to reprint the ad with the design changes you requested. Unfortunately, it was refused. As a conclusion of our last conversation, both parties will uphold their contractual obligations. And Ads will be running as it is till the end of the contract.
