  My business partner and I traveled from ******* to ** to pick up a truck we had already did a down payment on of $7000 with a remaining balace of $4000. We got the truck on the outside and engine etc it was what we expected for an older vehicle. What we did not know was gas tank was turned upside down and the pump had been removed. We stopped several states away to get gas and realized everything going into the tank was coming right back out. We contacted owner he refuse to give us our money back even it had not been a full day since purchasing the truck. I contacted the attorney General so owner decided to cancel or contact and sent someone to ******* to repo the truck. We are out 7k and a truck. Dont do business with this drug using low character individual

  2) Vehicle was Sold As IS Signed documentation from ******************* Attached 

  3) A Signed We Owe also attached stating We Owe / As Is by *******************

  4) Signed Law Contract and bill of sale Attached ONLY 1 signature by ******************* .

  5) Vehicle was Repossessed  for Non Payment . by Mr *********************** ******************************* then Paid Dealer in full and Vehicle was released , by the towing company . 

     West Lake Imports had No Business dealing with ****************

  BEWARE!! This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle. Sold me a bad vehicle. Car malfunction light came on 1st day on my way home. Took it back after trying to get them on phone to fix it. Kept car for a month and did nothing. Ghosted my calls. Finally got car back and again on the way home, light comes on. No one would take responsibility. Warranty is a joke. Can never get in touch with ***** the owner and ****** just yes's you to death and apologizes but does nothing. Said they sent car out to be fixed. Not true. Sent it nowhere and sent fake bill that was supposed to be what they paid to get fixed. A LIE. The bill was on their own letterhead dated for a date the car was at my home. These people LIE, CHEAT and HIDE!!!! BEWARE OF GETTING STUCK WITH A BAD VEHICLE!! Took my car to a real dealer to be fixed and of course can't get ***** to cover services since problem was from day of purchase, April 2023. Called today 6/21/23 and spoke with ****** and same runaround that only ***** can fix this and not there AGAIN. This car was sold to me with a defect according to ************* where my car is now to be fixed with a $2000 price tag which I believe Westlake Imports should cover. Sold me a $1500 warranty that covers nothing.

  Owners Reply .. Vehicle was A great Vehicle , I have attached the **** receipt .. Owners Reply ...   We said we would be happy to take a look at it , which we did and Sent to 2 separate shops and Caliber Collusion had recalibrated the Front Sensor , I have attached the Invoice in this reply . Owners reply ...Cant fix it over the phone , And Calling here 5 times a day makes everyone here , Less interested in taking your calls ...Car was at Caliber collusion and UDS Computers being calibrated it took 2 weeks for the new sensor to arrive , this was explained to you over and over and over ...Like I said you have called here no less than 100 times and the employees are tired ... In fact you have called here 3 times while im responding to this Complaint. We did our level Best to help , Our recommendation is to take it to the ****** Dealership.***** is the one responding to all of your Complaints , and Yes You have been told exactly what to do. and ****** in a Fine Employee and a Great asset to our business , No Apologies  needed here , as we did nothing wrong.Owners Response .... Correct we sent it too Caliber Collusion and UDS Computers .Owners Response ...This was to be in good faith ******** This is a REAL Bill that you will pay. Invoice is in the mail. Correct , The ALLDATA invoice is our Service billing department , The originals will be attached in the Invoice being sent out today. Owners Response ..... NO LIYING ,NO CHEATING ,NO HIDING .......Owners reply , according to the tech in the shop the vehicle has front end damage according the the before and after pictures from the time the car was sold. So it appears the buyer is trying to get the dealer to pay for damages after the sale . As far as the collusion sensor and the calibration goes , I have attached the invoices as well as out invoice trying to help the customer after the sale All in Good faith *** Requires as the Dealer sold the ****** AS IS

  This is not true. My husband called these 2 places and they said they didn't do any work to the vehicle. It was dropped off & no one communicated that to them. The problem is ******** said they would fix issue @ no cost to me and they did not. I have it at ************* now and they are fixing the vehicle & it will cost $2000 to fix. WL Imports know that we were calling a lot because no wanted to talk about my vehicle. I gave them $26000 cash payment and we were to bring the vehicle back to be fixed at no charge and they did not do that. They said they paid over $1000 to get it fixed & these two companies disagree. Said they did not receive any payments from Westlake. They are messy and tried to pull the wool over our eyes by taking it there to get a diagnosis. That is not fixing the problem. I got no responses from them until I posted a negative review and they responded almost immediately when they saw it. They have given us the runaround ever since we purchased the car. They kept telling me that ***** the owner and person who sold me that car, is not in. I spoke with several people ************************ and a lady that I don't have a name for who could not help and said it had to be ***** we spoke with. I have still have never spoken with ***** since I purchased the vehicle. The reason we went ahead and purchased the car is because he promised to fix the issue at no cost. Otherwise, I would never have purchased it. Everyone kept telling me they understand my frustration but could not help me. The invoice they claim to have given me was sent by text and it was on WL's letterhead that was dated for the day the text was sent and according to *************, this work was never done. They have been telling me lies when I did get through to someone. I was told the vehicle was fixed & it was calibrating and it would be about 3 days before I could pick it up. When I called back in 3 days, ***** told me it was sent out to be repaired which was not true.

  Sorry , Since you dont believe in anything we have done It is hard to take you serious. YOU WILL BE BILLED For the outsourcing we have done. This is How we will prove the Money was spent. Please have Your Attorney Call , as you constantly threaten ** with Lawsuits and ****** . Please Have them call the Same Number You call over and Over. Im asking ***** and ***** To stop harassing the employees Here ,and asking to never Come To this location. Your harassments are out of control and the Law has already been notified. This is the Only Time im going to ask, along with all of your Bad Reviews which Im happy to respond to. Caliber Collusion in ****** did ************ , the money was spent give them the *** they should re calibrate the sensor for you. Otherwise West Lake Imports has nothing to do with this 1 Star Customer, We usually notice when we have a Problem customer in Advance , we just missed it this time. We will be more selective on our customers going forward.

  I am rejecting this response because: These are very nasty people. They acted so kind until the vehicle was sold. I am so sorry I ever dealt with this company. Every response they have is a great lie. They got me this time but never again and I hope others see my review and take it very seriously. No one want to be taken for money that they have worked hard to earn. As I said, everyone my husband spoke with verified that no work was done by them on the vehicle. They continue to lie and I will not continue to go back and forth with them because they know they are wrong and very nasty people and this was all unnecessary, had Westlake Imports done what they put their word on.Terrible service and employees. Smile and make unkept promises. This is what their company is based on. ***** knows he said he would fix my car at no cost to me and that is not what happened. Now i will be out of $2000 but its ok. They will lose also. Others will see my review and they will not come near Westlake Imports.
