My vehicle was towed at the beginning of March. I received my vehicle back on March 19. After receiving my vehicle, I have noticed that when I am backing out of parking spots, my car makes a loud scraping sound as if something under my car is loose. I truly believe that when my car was towed to the lot in *************, the driver/tow Damaged my vehicle underneath. I just got the vehicle. Its a brand new car and I have never heard my vehicle make a loud screeching sound before wow backing out until I received my vehicle back on March 19.On on March 27 of the ******* emailed me back stating that he did not believe that my car was damaged due to this repossession. He told me that I would have to go to the dealership and get an estimate on a part in labor is once then he would decide if my car was worth replacing I took it to the dealership and they helped ****************** and his company because they fixed the bottom of my car for free. However, they would not replace the damage tired. ******************** has emailed him stated that he will not pay for the damages, and I do not think it is fair because my car was not damaged. My tires were working perfect before the repossession.
