    In February 2025 ***** ********* and his crew began the remodel of my house. I was told it should take a month or so for everything to be completed. They started on exterior work first, removing and replacing the roof, windows, siding (and house wrap), and porches. All of which were either not done completely or correctly (or both) . Several things were supposed to be corrected over and over, and still were not being completed correctly. Windows were measured and ordered incorrectly, doors were hung incorrectly, the porch that was built is sagging and uneven, the wood doesnt meet the house in several places. The house wrap was done incorrectly then had huge holes cut in it that were patched with duct tape and packing tape (that blew off in the wind). The siding is all rippled and wasnt installed correctly. The roof was not done correctly. A huge trash pile was left in the yard. At one point he got his truck stuck in the yard and left ruts over a foot deep in my yard that Ill have to pay to have filled in. In May, after sending more pictures of my concerns that hadnt been dealt with, I decided to let him go. I have paid him $35,164.64. Every bit of the work he has done will need to be redone. Ive reached out personally and via attorneys to find a resolution and get my money back to no avail. All requests have been ignored and Im trying to find a solution. Im still unable to move into my home, Ive lost over 35k and will have to pay someone else more than that to have the work taken down and redone. This is continuing to cost me time and money that I dont have.
