  I am writing this on behalf of my father he is 89 years old has early dementia he hired James tree service and Landscaping in June of 2022. ***** in my father agreed on $25,000 for a complete job which as of February the 4th 2023 is still not complete he left behind a lot of debris did not fix a back deck there is still a tree stump that has not been removed James W**** got a total of $123,000 through wire transfers personal checks and cash. My father became a widower one year ago ***** **** ****** ***** in Victoria Goins always went to my dad's house to collect the money. They had my father cosign for a new mustang for ****** ******* fiance. Since my dad has early dementia sundowning he was not aware what he was doing. He also wanted me to lie to county officials he fixed the septic tank that he crashed through with the skid steer illegally did not contact the county wanted me to commit homeowners fraud by telling them a tree hit my house for me to take pictures turn that into my homeowners and collect an easy payday. This tree company has had other complaints all along my dad thought he was investing in this company of course James denies this this family has left my father completely destitute my dad lives in the 1993 single wide drives a 16-year-old vehicle fought for our country. James has stated he is not giving any of the money back but my dad gave it to him my dad would not give a stranger 123,000 we have proof everything paperwork cancel checks Bank transfers everything we can prove. When this man is talking he is lying. Our hope is to get this man stopped so he can stop taking people's money especially an 89 year old man who had just lost his wife. ****** ***** and his fiance took my father to a car dealership my dad sat for three and a half hours and cosign for a car well the cosigning didn't go through so then they came to my father's house my dad got his bag out of the safe ****** and his fiance proceeded to count out $11,000 cash and got a $4,000 ck

  This lady is nothing but a liar and gets her info from off the wall resources.She was never there when we spoke with *** she has just went to his home and was being nosey and found papers that he didn't want any of his kids seeing.He sure didn't have dimentia when he was out going shopping by his self,Driving to the drs,and was going to drive his self to see his family 1000's miles away.I did complete her job,the stump in the back is right at her deck and can't be ground all theway with out moving her deck,and where the tree was up on it has pushed her deck up so it's liable to fall apart.Also she's the one that never told us where the septic tank was and said that happens all the time done had it replaced before,So my friend does it for a living and he told me what to do also it was so full with baby wipes she had to have it cleaned out.She told us to hurry up and fix it cause she had nosey neighbors.She was so in to being our friend and coming swimming until she went being nosey and found out what her dad had did.As far as the wire transfer we went to back with him the first time ,the second time he did it his self we was no where around and as for my son *** wanted to do that for him.And as for her to know my son never counted no money *** already had it on the table.So if your gonna tell something tell the TRUTH.Her brother in-law has also came to my house and got my side of the story and said he didn't see anything wrong with what *** had done that our story was the same as *****.They all say **** is just trying to get what ever she can as inheritance and don't care how she treats people that are here now.She was suppose to pay us to do the job at her house and *** ended up having to pay for it.
