Terrific!! They need more women in the industry ! She is bold honest and truthful. I wouldnt have the nerve to quote some of the expensive cost - things are so high today but she makes certain to prepare you for the worst - is artistic and does a fantastic job. Love her workers !

Worst experience Ive ever experienced as a real estate investor. Extremely unprofessional and confrontational about any questions or concerns. Undercuts the bid $23,000 then went above & beyond by $40,000 on a 450 square feet guest house. Took 3 1/2 months to complete. Didnt know what she was doing.. (basement flooding). Never fixed the problem. Extremely shoddy work and didnt pass inspection. I strongly advise references and years in between jobs. Says she has her contracting license but doesnt have no how.

When I met this client nearly 1-1/2 years ago, I found that he complained about EVERY person who worked on the project prior to the project beginning with us. I was hesitant to take him on as a client for that reason. What he is stating in this review is simply not true, and was made over a year after the project was completed. Why did it take him a year to complain? My guess is boredom. I keep excellent records, and because of his volatility, I kept voice recordings as well as pictures and complaints about the client's behavior from the crew members who worked on the project for me. There were NO inspections so that alone was a lie. When I finished the project, which looked fantastic, he owed me $1800 but I could not lien his property because it was not on the city tax maps, so he was not paying property taxes on it. I can only say, take this person's review with a grain of salt. I have dozen's of other clients who are willing to discuss my professionalism and knowledge with anyone interested. While hard to believe, it was my first complaint in 37 years of working as a general contractor.
