    I am filing a complaint regarding Urban Airs deceptive membership practices and complete lack of customer service.Over 12 months ago, my son received an Urban Air membership as a gift. He no longer attends, and I have been attempting to cancel this membership for monthswith no success. There is no clear or functional way to cancel online, your phone system offers no access to a human representative, and all of the Contact Us forms I have submitted have gone unanswered.This is not an oversightit appears to be a deliberate and deceptive business practice designed to make it nearly impossible for customers to cancel memberships, allowing ********************** Air to continue charging their cards without consent.I will never sign up for another Urban Air membership, and I will be warning others in my community about these practices. If this matter is not resolved and my membership immediately canceled within 48 hours, I will be disputing all charges with my credit card company and seeking legal advice for unfair business practices.I expect written confirmation of my membership cancellation and assurance that no further charges will be made to my account.

    Hello!  I am responding to the complaint from ***** **** (***** *******).  She contacted us via our Contact Us form once which was on October 2nd, requesting that her membership be cancelled. These matters are handled by our Corporate office.   They did reach out to Ms. ******* and did cancel her membership since she met her one year time.  Attached you will find the one Contact Us form from Ms. ******** a copy of the membership with the expiration date on October 26th, her final payment on September 27th, which is why the membership is good til October 26th and the notes put in by our Corporate associate from October 2nd, the day Ms. ******* contacted us, stating that the membership had been cancelled.

    Ms. ********** (***** ****'s), request was completed on the day she initially contacted us.
