Was bidding on 2 units today. One I stopped bidding at 200. And the other I was told I won at 150. Well, when I called they had no listing saying I had bid , yet alone won. What in the world are you guys doing? Sure is funny that you took my money to register to bid, yet you show no bids I placed. Scanners is all you guys are

We have always had excellent results with Lockerfox. They are very customer-friendly. If you call them for help, they will help you (personally). That is for the bidders and for the storage site. As a former store manager, I have had to place many auctions, and Lockerfox was always friendly and available to help me with any questions.

The facilitys have people run up bids so they can make money. Locker fox has no over site and should be reported

I won bids on three Lockerfox storages at two different storage areas Eastpoint Detroit and Clinton Township. All three storage areas had literally stashed trash from other cleaned up units.
    This is an illegal scam.

Scam site... In the last moments you bid head to head against an AI and it will out bid you instantly adding more time to the deadline clock. Online anything anymore are just scamming opportunities, do everything in person.

Lockerfox does not use an AI to place bids. Our soft close feature, which is standard among all online storage auction sites, is activated when a bidder places a bid within the final 60 seconds.

This company is in violation of the Tennessee Personal Rights Protection Act. Tenn. Code ***. 47-25-1105. They publish the first and last name of the current tenant. In the State of ** that is illegal without consent. I have no doubt they are in violation of other laws and seem to operate in a very dishonest nature.

The Tennessee Lien Law for self-storage lien sales requires advertisement in a commercially reasonable manner, and requires the advertisment to contain the name of the occupant.

This company is a complete disaster as these ratings are already identifying the support and policies they have built around their distance requirements blatantly unacceptable and a buyers market. This company needs to be removed from any services offered for online bidding.

Upon visiting the website I noticed these units did not look right off the bat...Every unit looks staged and trashed. Nobody leaves units looking like that... Everything is obviously went through, violently stacking into piles, with a few "things of value or interest" salted obscurely with labels showing. Before I invest money into anything I look into it and reading the reviews of this company I'm almost positive that it is a complete rip-off...Also.... The units are overpriced.... Way...way...way...way overpriced.

We are not able to locate an account in your name or email, so it does not look like you are a Lockerfox customer. Per state self-storage lien laws, facilities post units as they appear when they do the lock cut. Storage facilities have no control over what people store or leave behind in their storage units.

We are not showing any record of a Lockerfox account in your name, or any interaction with our support team in your name, so we cannot look into this review.

I bought (won)6 units thru lockerfox.. And they all were trash beside a few stuffed animals and some silverware .. Ridiculous. Hauled three loads of trash. Waste of money close to 600 .00.
