    On April 12th a storm passed through ********* taking down numerous trees. This included a portion of a tree located in our neighbors yard that broke off and fell partially into our yard. As I told *****, an employee at Big Green Tree Service, our issue has nothing to do with that tree or the portion of the tree that fell into our yard.The following day, Big Green Tree Service came out and removed the portion of the tree located on our neighbors property. They also trimmed additional branches located on the undamaged portion of the tree. Besides using our property for access and collection, they dragged tree branches onto our property and deposited them there. After completion of the job, I called Big Green and spoke with ***** and asked her to remove only the debris and branches that their crew had left behind that had been created by their trimming the surviving portion of the tree located on our neighbors property. She responded with a flat refusal to clean up after themselves. We made it clear to them that we were only interested in their cleaning up the additional debris and branches deposited on our property by their trimming and other activities.
