    The transfer case was coming out of the 2009 **** escape I bought from village motor and the man who sold it to me said he would give me a loner so I could get it fixed but he lied and never did so I was at *** club on June 15th and the cat wouldn't go in backwards I had it took to there garage to be and they won't help pay part of the bill so now I have to wait until I can get the money to get it out of garage and the finance company will not help with the bill I have already paid the car off it's at ****** in ******* **

    The customer bought a vehicle 2 years ago with a 30 day/1,000 mile Powertrain warranty.  She did not purchase an extended service contract.  There is no dealer warranty at this time and she is responsible for any and all repairs to the vehicle. 

    The VP and customer have reached a mutual solution in this matter.
