    My vehicle was towed on August 1st, whole i was in the process of obtaining my renewal sticker. The are where i parked lacked sufficient signage, with only one sign visible, which was obstructed by a truck. as a result, my vehicle incurred damage to the back and front during the towing process. i attempted to contact the towing company, but they blocked my phone number. went back the next day they put up visible sign. I then filed a report with the ******************** regarding the excessive towing fee which was cash only. The sheriff's department unformed me that the towing company could operate as they chose. Unfortunately, I was unable to secure compensation for my vehicle"s damages. i will report this to the *** also.

    The parking areas we serve are at the request of property management and/or property owners. These lots and/or spaces have multiple signs warning that towing is enforced and that parking is reserved for the businesses who own and maintain the parking areas. Signs are in place before property management and/or owners can request a vehicle be removed.

    Before we remove a vehicle, pictures and/or videos are taken. Additionally, dash cameras and/or security cameras offer more images of vehicles during and after removal. When registered owners redeem vehicles, there is an opportunity for vehicles to be inspected and checked by both parties. Upon review, we have no images or video of damage at our lot or trucks on August 1. Additionally, we have received no correspondence about a damaged vehicle from the sheriff's office.  
     
    For safety purposes, if we recieve a harassing or threatening messages or calls, we will block that number or email.

    Horrible price for service. My car towed 15 miles. Storage s little over an hour . Predatory behavior. Charging way too much. Criminal!!! $400. for that

    Mr. ****** parked in a private parking lot, owned and maintained by a small business.  This lot has multiple signs starting that parking is for that business only and that towing is enforced.  Mr. ****** parked his car in the private lot and walked to a neighboring business.  The neighboring business also has signs posted directing customers to NOT park in private lots.  We were notified and removed Mr. ******* vehicle.  The vehicle was put on dollies, towed and impounded until he was able to pick it up.  There is no price adjustment or discount for impounds.

    77 towing and recovery towed my car today (7-16-24) and immediately after driving trying to get home I realized my steering wheel was crooked and it felt like I had a flat tire. I pulled over to look, no flat tire so I proceeded to drive home. It slowly got worse. When I got home i had my neighbor lok at it and the back passenger tire was loose. They had broke the tire loose when they attempted to use their ****** truck. I do not have the money to keep putting into this car and definitely not after they made me pay $300 to get it out the tow yard and they messed it up to where it's not drivable until I get the money up to take it to a repair shop and get it fixed. Honestly I shouldn't have to pay for that repair since they decided to mess it up.
