Purchased a camper in May 2024. This company offered us an extended warranty with their partner company RV Complete. We have since filed a claim with warranty company. We have been given the run around for months. Issues have not been resolved. **************** is a complete joke. I feel like Blue Compass RV should take the fall for selling this warranty to their customers. We spent $2,000 on a warranty that is useless. All of these issues happened within days of purchasing the camper. I feel that the camper is also a lemon. I feel that we have been ripped off by both companies.Initial Complaint

Purchase a travel trailer from blue compass in 2023. In 2024 had to have warranty work done due to stains appearing from under the flooring. The unit obviously was not correctly repaired because upon opening the unit this year 2025 the same problem exists with stains coming up through the flooring. Company states they are not responsible and its now out of warranty. Except for the fact that its the same problem that it was there for in 2024 to be fixed and obviously was not. I have even reached out to manufacturer warranty for assistance who states that the company repair center did the repairs and should stand behind their work due to it failing. But not according to the manager ***** that I spoke to at blue compass RV.Initial Complaint

Purchased a new 2022 ************** motor coach from Blue Compass on August 19, 2023. For the last 11 months it's only been in one repair shop or another. Other than driving it to and from home, dealership and repair shops, it has only been driven 40 miles. Every time we get in it something else is wrong. It even broke down on the way home from our 40 mile and only trip and had to be towed. We have contacted the dealership Blue Compass and the manufacturer ********* and no one wants to take responsibility for selling us a very expensive vehicle that has so many defects and could not be used in nearly a year. It is currently at a Freightliner shop getting additional repairs where it was towed again July 11, 2024. I tried to send our service documents but the file was to large for your system.Please protect consumers and hold these companies accountable for the products they produce and sale.Thank you,Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2 year old Motor home on 4/19/2024. We had a scheduled appointment at 3:00 pm to complete the sale and inspection and it was changed to 4:00 pm 1hr until all departments closed. We were rushed through the close and were told we had to sign all documents before our inspection of the unit. The rate and payment amount was different than what was posted on the ** with my exceptional credit rating. A warranty was offered that would completely pay for any repairs or replacement of anything electrical. We did not receive copies of the warranty until later when I requested a copy that read parts would we replaced only. When the inspection on the purchase date was sone done several things were noted by the service tech that needed repair to include a shade recliners, storage door,air conditioning and interior light covers. We were told not to bring the ** back when the shade arrived but wait until the needed parts on the air conditioner were in. We were told when the shade arrived that nothing elses was going to be fixed we bought it as is. The ** (****) told us he would take care of it and were later told by the service manager they would not. **** would not take my calls. We have requested a refund on the warranty and are refinancing with another bank. They have yet to tell me how they will refund my money for the warranty. To date (2 mos later) we have no tags for the ** and keep getting nothing but promises. All they gave us was a temporary tag.Initial Complaint

I had an optional ramp installed on a horse trailer that I purchased from Blue Compass RV. The ramp and installation was quoted to me on January 13, 2024 for a total of $4,011.53. I called the service manager on January 16th to discuss the quoted price which I thought was too high. He told me that I could have a 10% discount on the ramp part and that if the actual labor hours were less than the quote, then I would only be charged the hours that it actually took. The 10% discount was a credit of $247. I authorized the work order on January 22, 2024 and paid for the ramp part as a deposit. I expected the total invoice with installation to be less than $3,764. When I picked up the trailer, I was asked to pay the remaining amount of the invoice which totaled $1,931 (for a total combined cost of $4,158). This is approx. $394 more than I had been quoted with the 10% discount. After several phone calls and voicemails to understand the dollar difference, I was told that I was not quoted the freight charge of $447; which cannot be estimated at the time of quote. Freight, which was not listed on the quote, should have been listed or combined with the ramp material price or I should have at least been informed that freight would be an additional cost.I was also charged a total of $37.80 in labor for no repair needed. I assumed the issues I identified for warranty would be covered under warranty. One of the issues that I identified was that the electric did not heat the water. During the buyer demo, the electric light for the water heater was on, which would indicate to me that it worked. But no, I was charged labor to be told that the water heater only works on gas. The other warranty issue identified was the water heater did not automatically cut-off even after an hour of running and should have reached the water temperature needed. I was charged labor to be told that there could have been air in the system which caused it to keep burning.Business Response

We purchased a motor home from RV One in January 2021 at which time we purchased an extended warranty, RV ****************** package for $24,000 which covered up to 84 months. In January of 2023 we sold the motor home and were advised we needed to contact the dealer for a refund of this coverage. I have left numerous messages since 1/9/2023 and nobody will call me back. When I spoke with the receptionist this morning I explained the situation and she said the finance department was who I needed to speak with but she would not give me a name. Nobody called me back yet again today. It has now been over 5 weeks since we no longer own the motor home. This is a substantial amount of money and dont appreciate their lack of interest in helping me cancel this policy and get the refund due to us. I will hire an attorney if this is not resolved to our satisfaction.Business Response

On September 9,2021 I brought my Jayco Northpoint fifth wheel to RV One of Charlotte to have the control board on the Fifth wheel replaced and fixed, (using the warranty policy that I purchased from RV one when I purchased the Fifth wheel. As on now a year later they still have my fifth wheel, the control board is not fixed and I just keep being told (when they return my calls) that they are waiting on parts, I have talked to the service manager twice, who wants no part in helping resolve this. On September 8th, 2022, I was told by the service manager that the part would be in on September 12 and the fifth wheel would be fixed by September 16,2022 (now over a year after being dropped off in 2021). Fifth wheel to this day is still not fixed, and **** my service advisor is not returning my calls.
