      Our experience with the Charlotte Dog Club has been great! They have checked on our Cavapoo, ****** ***** several times since we brought him home a week ago. Their facility was spotless and the staff was helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

      In looking at some of the nonsense complaints that have been filed here against the Charlotte Dog Club I have to question if many were where the customer was the problem. In fact, one complaint I read the lady was complaining about being sold a mutt instead of a pure breed. Really! She really complained about that! She should have realized just from the xxxdoodle name that it was a poodle mix and, by definition, that is a designer dog. We noticed mini Sheepadoodles coming available soon and got one. Best dog ever! He was actually 100% house trained at three months and is the smartest dog I have ever had. We decided he needed a play mate. So we also got a mini Bernedoodle puppy from the Charlotte Dog Club. She has also been a great dog, but we did have an initial issue with her. No problems from the Charlotte Dog Club, honored they health guarantee without any debate or arguments. She was fine upon arrival, but within about three days after arrival she got Giardia. The gestation period for Giardia tends to be around four or five days. She had only been in our back yard due to not having her shots yet. So where did the Giardia come from? It is possible to develop symptoms in three days after exposure, but its less likely. Regardless, it could certainly be debated on where she got Giardia. She had to be exposed immediately upon arrival, in transit, or shortly before coming. Then it was not long before our Sheepadoodle also caught Geardia from our Bernedoodle. The Charlotte Dog Club had us sent them the vet and lab bills, then they credited $700 back to my credit card to cover the cost of treating the Giardia. No debate, no arguments, no hassle. It is rate to find a breeder that stands by their word and guarantees as good as the Charlotte Dog Club does. Anyone that tried to claim this is a puppy mill simply because of the volume of puppies might want to actually visit the place and learn about it before shooting off their mouths.

      Our Bernedoodle pup Beau was adopted on 12/20/23. We paid right at $3,000 for him . Ten days later he was extremely sick with Puppy Strangles or Juvenile Cellulitis. After 3 vet visits we are still on a medical regime trying to heal his ears. I emailed Charlotte Dog Club after the second vet visit to see if it was a breed specific issue or if they could offer any input. No response. We love our dog but have now paid over $400 to heal what’s wrong. To say we are disappointed with this breeder is an understatement. Maybe consider other options

My team member overlooked the email and it was never brought to managements attention. I have spoken to my team member about the oversight to ensure this will not happen to another client.       On June 10,2023 I picked up my golden doodle puppy. I have never spent so much money on a puppy/dog before! I have had Goldie fir three months now and I absolutely love thus dog! She is extremely smart! one of the smartest easy to train dog. She loves everyone and seems to think she’s my lap dog at 20 pounds! Yes she flops on my lap stretches out on her back and stays until she decides to play with one of her toys. At first my husband did not want me to get her because of the price, for the first few weeks he ignored her, until the other day I saw him hugging her and she was licking his face! My husband too has grown to love her and all my children too. She’s a delight to have and has always acted like she belongs here. I love her so much that I want to get another one from the Georgia dog club! They were wonderful at making me feel at ease and confident during the pick up process. I will definitely buy from them again!

      Charlotte dog club has been great for purchase of my mini bernadoodle puppy!
      They were always attentive to my questions. Follow up after purchase and concerns for welfare of puppy and myself have been terrific. Customer service the best!

      I had my cokapoo for 2months every since I picked him up he’s been sick with diarrhea, I have taken him to the vet and he’s still has diarrhea at this point I don’t no what to do, I file like they sold me a sick puppy and mutt I don’t think he’s full breed chookapoo ! My self and children loves him dearly but I’m tired of him with this diarrhea and pooing all over my home he want even poo outdoors and the fact that he eats his pop as well, what kind of puppy did they sale me he’s not my first puppy I had a puppy for 16y before we had to put her down due to old age. My husband is feed up at this point he’s even mentioning legal actions.

      Hello *******, It was great speaking to you and your husband on the phone. We had a very constructive conversation and I hope that our advice has made training easier. Please, make sure you always follow the recommended amount of food on the side of the bag. By feeding him 4 cups of food a day, he just simply over ate and does not need that much food daily. Keep him on his scheduled meals and a good quality probiotic, then you should see an improvement very soon. Please, don't hesitate to reach out in the future if you have any further questions.
