    Purchased some shirts from the company, they didn't fit so I sent them back. They told me in ******** messages they would issue a refund when the return package arrived. It was delivered to them on 6/1 and I have not received a refund or any further respones from them in my follow up inquiries.

    I ordered two twill hats, one navy and one black, both of which are advertised as dark solid twill colors online. It took 3 weeks to receive my order. I was very disappointed because the so-called solid color twill hats are actually made of a very blotchy, faded denim material, which is NOT what I ordered! I have emailed their customer service department 4 times in attempt to find out how I can return the hats and receive a full refund, and each email was returned to me as "not deliverable". i used the email address provided in there order confirmation email i received from Real Country Ladies. With no way to contact this company, it seems that I'm stuck with two hats that I will never wear and I wasted almost $50 for them! I'm extremely frustrated with this company's lack of customer service! I will gladly return all of the items for a full refund, if only I could receive customer support from **********************. Very disappointed with this business that failed to deliver an advertised product and has failed to provide customer service for me to return these inferior products to them for a refund. Can the BBB help me?

    I placed an order with Real Country Ladies on 12/02/22 with the shipping time listed as **** days. As it has been 19 days with no notification of shipping, I reached out to the company for an order update. All forms of communication with the company are invalid. Emails sent to their "24 hour customer support" email address are returned undeliverable. Messages send on ******** Messenger and Instagram go unread. After researching this company further, I see I am not the only one with this complaint. I'm reading several other complaints from customers who have also been scammed out of their money from this company.
