      I purchased ********* Devices from Veero on **May 24, 2025**. On **May 28**, I was notified of shipment, but the package was never delivered.On **June 23**, I contacted ***** about the delivery issue. They told me to contact the courier, but I was unable to reach them. On **June 28**, I notified Veero that I was unable to reach the courier. On **June 30**, Veero said they would contact the courier for me.After following up on **July 7**, Veero replied on **July 8** that my package was lost and they would reship my order. However, I never received new tracking details.On **July 16**, I requested a refund. Veero replied that they had escalated my request to management. I have sent multiple follow-up emails on **July 21, July 29, July 30, and August 13**, but have only received the same response about the issue being "escalated." I have not received a refund or proactive communication from the company. It is now **August 29**, and the issue remains unresolved. Please help me to get my refund.
