    Amazing work! ****** and his crew did such an amazing job on our shower. Communication and crew were top notch and we have another shower that we will be calling back for Solace Showers to do in the near future. ******** was great at helping us pick out all of our selections in her design appointment. If i could give 10 stars i would!

    Terrible communication but crew is awesome. Could not ask for a more respectful crew. Their work was/is awesome. The owner is a different story. He is inconsistent and doesnt always follow thru. He doesnt check his notes so be on your toes. We got an amazingly beautiful bathroom but it took a village. When I posted my new bathroom (and did not identify the identity of the company) and expressed I would not recommend the company the owner sent me a private message to be careful or he would take legal action. Consumer beware.

    Not impressed with communication and responsiveness. Spoke with both the owner and his wife multiple times about stagnant water issues. Just to follow up and still have a water draining issue. Normally I dont write negative reviews unless its a problem. In which this IS a problem. ***** said he would come out to fix the issue multiple times just to now have this leading out over 45+ days. Dont recommend unless they agree to finishing a punch list and thoroughly following through with proper communication.

    ****** and his crew did a fantastic job on our shower renovation. The communication and work was top notch. **** is the absolute best in what he does. We will call them again to do our other bathroom! Thanks again for our massive shower!
