    Date of transaction was 9/23/23 I purchased a digital ********* program for my computer.I paid $62.00 I received their download and the activation key. At this point all was going as planned.Once I entered the activation key, and error message came up telling me that the program was 32bit and my system was 64bit.i tried a few times ensuring I was downloading the correct version.Again and again an error message.I tried calling the company, but their phone was continuously busy and unavailable. I went on their chat line, but only got a robot. I emailed them, but go no rest. Eventually I removed the link, sent an email requesting a refund. Meanwhile, I purchAsed the program from another company.DigitaProductKey is making every excuse to refund me. They are suggesting that I am lying.They are requesting I screenshot the error message, which I cannot as I no longer have their link.I am demanding a refund. I should no have to go through this aggravation ov $62.Please help

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't emphasize that strongly enough. I would give many negative stars if possible.I had the same kind of poor experience as the previous reviewer; bought MS **** in 32-bit, and it wouldn't install for me. Their extremely poor tech support installed it, but as 64-bit. I told them multiple times that I have to have 32-bit. Tech said 64 and 32 were about the same and it should work, and that 64 installed by default. So why is there the option to buy 32 OR 64, if she thinks they are the same??? I had to uninstall their software and go back to what I had before. **** itself worked, but what I needed it to do would not work on the 64-bit as installed. Then you try to get a refund, forget it. They will refer you to email the tech support department, which is going to argue in the same circles - send the error message so they can figure it out. It's not difficult to figure out = their tech support doesnt know what they are doing, the software doesnt work properly. A chat tech offered to remote into the computer and "help..." NO. The first tech couldnt do it right, I cant trust this one either. I cant trust the whole company that the software doesnt have bugs or malaware. I doubt there will be any refund, only arguing and insisting on more tech support. No thanks. I'm lucky they didnt s**** anything up the first time.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I CANT EMPHASIZE THAT STRONGLY ENOUGH!!!!
