            My baby was born on 04/19, and I have planned to move to my house on 05/23. Before getting into a new house with family, in this covid (My wife and baby not vaccinated) situation I decided to do the deck cleaning. As part of that, I have reached Carolina Duct & Crawl LLC because they said it is a BBB-rated service. I was planning on duct cleaning and they forced me to take additional service after creating holes in HVAC systems. They have offered Duct cleaning, sanitizing systems, UV installation, and fog treatment which was scheduled for May 13th. Two persons came and started the service, they said they will take care If you want I can leave. I went outside for 20 to 30 minutes, when I came back they said they have completed all the services and planning to leave and requested payment and they provide me an option to reach out to Greensky and initiate their payment.             Today, 16 May, *** came out from Carolina Duct and Crawl. Fabulous!*** first explained what he would do. He did not use "jargon" but plain English. He was very good at explaining all he was going to do. 1st he looked and my system; then he showed me photos of all he would do. He was very respectful and kind. He did NOT treat me like a doddering old lady. His manner was knowledgeable and professional. He also showed me the mold that was accumulating in my system and gave me an estimate for that work. My sister and I can breathe better since *** was here. I hope he will come back when I can have the mold removal done
