    ******* Albers1/59 minutes ago on GoogleWe had a horrible experience staying here. We paid for a cabin that had a **************** for my mom who recently had a knee replacement. When we got to "Beaver" cabin, we discovered that there was no hot water & the toilet would not flush. We called the office to report it, and left a voicemail. We received no call back. Early the following morning, we called again. They said they were sending maintenance to fix the problem. No one ever showed up. We called again at 4pm, for the fourth time. The finally said they were moving us to "Otter" cabin. While we did have hot water, the toilet handle was also broken in this cabin. We were leaving the next day, so we just went to bed and dealt with it. At 1am, I woke up very itchy on my arms. After scratching for probably 30 minutes, I turned my flashlight on to discover BED BUGS on my pillow, and blanket. We packed up and left to head home at 1 ******* in the morning. My mother, my 8 month old, and I. Later that morning, I called the office to speak with a manager. They said the manager was "extremely busy" and would return my call. I have called every day for the last 4 days, and they keep avoiding me. The will not allow me to speak with a manager, and keep telling me she is busy. I feel so undervalued, and disrespected. This was supposed to be a fun trip to go on vacation with my family, and it ended up being a bunch of ********. The least they could do is call me back after all the trouble we had. In my opinion, they were well aware of the issues & simply did not care to fix them. I would rate our experience 0 stars, if that was an option. I would highly recommend taking your family elsewhere, as this place does not care about their customers at all.
