    I feel the recruiter is discriminating against me. I submitted my resume to him he lead me to believe i had the jobs multiple time then when. I follow up with him the jobs are no longer available. He has sent me multiple jobs when i tell him im interested in the job or try to have an update about the job its no longer available. I submitted my resume to him he told me to send him an update resume with the real jobs name on them i asked him to see the resume he submitted for me he literally only listed two jobs

    FEB 2022 ENTER INTO CONTRACT TO HIRE WITH TEKSYSTEMS, AT ROCHE. THIS IS A 3 YEAR CONTRACT, WORKED WITH TEKSYSTEMS ON ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO HIRE FOR ONE YEAR.The expectation was that within a year or two there would be an offer to be hired direct to Roche, also it must be noted only have 5 days PTO per year, and we are locked into tithe same rate for 3 years. What I object to is just found out in June. Teksystems is not allowed to talk to account managers at Roche. Makes me wonder each time I asked what they were hearing from ***** regarding the hiring of contractors that my contact at Teksystems ******************* was lying to me. 2 1/2 years of a 3 year contract, and we have no feedback as a contractor. In the other contract to hire there was constant communication. This is the same with other contractors, which puts a great deal of risk on myself and other contractors. It takes several months to secure a new position in Information Technology. I asked Teksystems to start a new job search, and their results are nothing. I suspect they will not place someone when they are handsomely paid with the contract with *****, myself and Teksystems. Teksystems Indy is where I am placed with Teksystems, but live in *********. All my attempts to contact a Wisconsin person for recruiting has been ignored. Report to a different manager at Roche *************************, who claims not responsibility to contractors. ***************************, was our first manager, he would indicate projected times when they can direct hire new people. We would get updates, after a reorganization we got a new manager, who likes to talk about responsibilities, but apparently has no responsibilities to the contractors in her department. I dont enter into Contracts to hires very easily because there are no guarantees, however I trusted Teksystems because of a previous Contract to Hire at APM. This one has offered no reviews, we dont know where we stand, Teksystems lied and withheld information, and preventing other jobs.

    Non stop harassment from TEK system employees.For the past 2 months, I have been reached out to by TEK system employees multiple times through different ways, including LinkedIn, email and phone calls. The last phone call, which happened on Mar 29th 2023 at 4pm, creeped me out.I have never shared any personal information with this company in any ways, however they somehow know my name, my phone number and the city I live in. They have made multiple attempts to contact me, and I have rejected them and blocked them multiple times. I received this phone call at 4 pm from an unknown number, the person who called herself "*****, recruiter from TEK system", wanted me to confirm my personal information with them as soon as I picked the phone, and after I turned down her job offer, she started to ask me who is my current employer and even wanted to get my physical location before I hung up on her.I am very concerned about my personal safety and I am also equally worried that they will keep contacting me or even sell my private information to other companies.

    TEKsystems receipt of Mr. ***** Better Business Bureau complaint is the companys first notice of Mr. ***** concerns regarding alleged repeated contacts by TEKsystems employees to present job opportunities. TEKsystems ************************** has been made aware of his concerns and will be updating our databases as necessary per Mr. ***** request. Please note, given that LinkedIn is a public website that TEKsystems does not control or maintain, TEKsystems cannot make *************** or modifications to the information that Mr. **** includes in his profile.
