"Just moved in the apartment yesterday and woke up to the guy towing my car I told him I just moved In and they were giving me a parking pass at 9 am when office opened he refused to put my car down I told him I didn't have any money to get my car out of tow and there making a big mistake and he told me you black people never have money and I told him that was a racist comment and he laughed and said he doesn't care and I need to figure it out like everybody else does this it predatory towing and this towing company is preying on new tenants that haven't received there parking pass yet someone needs to step in and get the situation under control I'm the 4th person this has happened to in the last week and due to the fact I'm African American the guy was extremely racist"
