      No work has been done to the property since October 2022 and in the builder's condition in the contractor states that he would take no more than 180 days to finish building. Also, he took $4,000 from the down payment he told me he would refund me back plus other expenses he promised to take care of like the interest mortgage and $1,350 deposit for the water. He also started building and finish the footings, foundation, subfloor, and Framing and Walls just to abandon the project and let all the wood and material get rained on and messed up all the work and material he did, which wasted $19,200 of a construction drawing. Also, the license board for general contractor reports that his license has been declared "inactive". I started this in 2019 and I was with a different mortgage company called MVB mortgage, now called Intercoastal Mortgage. After some time with them they stopped doing business with ****** and never told me why, ****** ended up getting me refinance with SMC Home Finance. On top of that he subcontracted out the footing and foundation to a contractor by the name of **************************** and never paid him according to him. Desired Resolution : Refund of $ ***** of down payment, $1.350 water hook up fee, All the interest mortgage payment he promised to pay Approx.. $15,000 over the course of 5 years and 2 mortgage company, All the years of storage waiting for this house 160 monthly expenses.
