5 starsI just spoke to *********************** who helped me understand that since I bought my ************ membership ( or whatever it is called ) on 11/4/2023 I am with my rescission period. ************ was quite professional, respectful, kind, and helpful during our conversation. 5 starsI would highly recommend working with Linx Legal, Inc. if you are interested in getting out of your timeshare contract. We were dreading this process because we thought it would be a never-ending battle but Linx Legal assured us that they would take care of the communication with the resort and soon enough, we would be released from their dreaded (lifetime) contract. The process took a lot of patience and a lot of trust, but they followed through on their promise and we were relieved of our financial obligations and cut all ties with the resort! It was an exhilarating experience the moment we found out this contract ended! All thanks to the amazing staff at Linx Legal, Inc. 5 starsThis process can be terrifying and stressful with the constant thoughts that we lost thousands of dollars when buying into a timeshare scam, but Linx Legal was great. We were very hesitant to seek legal advice as we were told many times by our timeshare holders that there was no way we could get out of the purchase we made and were stuck with it forever. We could not believe that we even got ourselves into this situation in the first place, but super happy Linx was there.We did some research and stumbled upon Linx Legal and every detail that was a part of the process with Linx was very clear and well-communicated. The associates on the Linx Legal team were very responsive to all our questions (which we had a ton of) and made our lives so much easier and less stressful. The great thing about working with Linx Legal for this process is that you can be a part of the process as much as you want or let them handle it as you deal with daily life. We are super grateful we connected with Linx Legal and so relieved to say we got out of our timeshare with ************ *********************. Would absolutely recommend

I do recommend all to do business with this company, it will be well worth it. Also the timing of the problem was sufficient. 5 starsLinx Legal, *** is the absolute best company to get you out of the time share scam. We spoke with numerous companies but felt right at ease with ***************************. He went above & beyond in getting us out of this nightmare. I cant believe these huge, well known companies such as World **** by ******* can do this to hard working, middle class people. We didnt have to do much and **** took care of everything. He got us our money back & out of this contract. It was a 2 month process, which was super fast! 5 starsLinx Legal were a blessing in the sky for us. When we meet with an associate with Linx Legal they introduce us to our facilitator ****************** From the first call we got from **** he was very professional, polite and treated us as his own family. He listens to what happen to us and started working on our case. Every call and documents received **** was on the case. He communicated with us and kept the dialog going until we finally got released from this horrible timeshare. It was a nightmare for us dealing with the timeshare company. Praise and glory to God for sending us ****, now we can keep the stress level down knowing they cannot threaten us anymore. There always a hidden agenda dealing with timeshare. 5 starsI am writing this review pertaining to the amazing job Linx Legal provided for our family. We purchased a timeshare we were not PLEASED with. Their were lots of hidden promises, excessive sells pitch seminars lasting forever and prices that constantly increased! We incurred medical issues from Covid-19 and was hospitalized. Linx Legal (*********************) was phenomenal with our case. She was consistent in communicating with us. She was thorough and persistent in identifying a solution that was suitable for our family. ********************* was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS expressed that caring/personal touch! She helped us get through this hardship!!! We can't thank Linx Legal enough for assisting us through these trying times. Thanks for being by our side!!!
