  My solar panels are still under warranty, but it is my understanding the company is permanently closed.
  Am I left on my own to find out why they are not producing energy to the grid a expected?

  This company is absolutely absurd. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. You think you are trying to make the world 'more energy efficient' and save money. Meanwhile, the amount that was agreed upon was doubled and the financing company has only been putting our payments to interest only and not the principal. We were also told we would get about 9 to 10 thousand back through a ***** and only was able to write off $112.00. Like I said, they also financed us for double what was quoted. This has been a huge disappointment and I pray no one else has to go through this. Obviously, they don't exist anymore and no way to contact them. For such a big investment It's disgusting to me that a company that is trying to better the world and save people money at the same time are that shady. I will not let it go just here and will continue to pursue justice not only for myself but for everyone else that screwed over. let me know if anyone else is interested. It's just disgusting. If anyone does exist and would like to make the situation right it'd be great to hear from someone.Thanks fingers crossed. If not, I won't stop until its settled and made right. I guess I had to pick a star selection but it would have been 0.

  S365 Contractor ********************** prey upon the sick, elderly and naive people in the community. The lender or financial institutions such as Mosaic LLC condone this type of behavior, both our in bed together. They con the homeowners with a product that no other solar company will complete because its not their equipment and dont want to go behind someone else work. So, youre stuck between a rock and hard place, behind the 8 ball and they expect you to continue making payments for a product not in use. Insanity expecting different results when they continue the same practices. Who like to join me in filing a class action lawsuit against the contractor and lender who funds these type shady practices. The jig is up!

  The company drove from ********* to ********* to install solar panels on my house. We scheduled a day from them to come hook it up and they did not show up nor call. When I did speak to someone on the phone, they said they did not even have me scheduled. A year later, I can not reach anyone on the phone nor will anyone respond to an email. I need to get information about filing for tax dedication. They company is horrible! Has anyone been able to contact them?

  We bought our solar panels over two years ago. Were not making enough to even come close to paying for them cant get a hold of anybody we are going in the hole every month we were told that we would be able to pay for either our electric bill or the solar panel bill with the amount that we would be making and we are not we heard the company went under so now what do we do?

  I was pressured into installing the panels while I was going through a separation by 365 Solar saying that they were going to *** me .I got my panels installed by 365 Solar Energy in Sept. 2023. I receive a little credit in Oct and Nov. then started paying electric bills that are $500.00 since then. I tried calling 365multiple times from Jan. until now. Left many messages but no return calls. I called Generac and they told me that it could be a communication problem and that I should try calling 365. I am a single Mother paying a loan payment to good leap for the panels and a $500.00 electric bill and don't know how I am going to survive. I been on the phone calling other companies that might service solar panels. I am really in a bind and don't know what I can do or if anything can be done.

  Like the others, I would leave a zero star if possible. Everytime we have tried to call their website number it says "we must have dialed wrong, try another number" which there isn't one! We got solar for the tax credit that was promised and we truly wanted to "go off the grid" but this company is full of lies! We don't know what to do at this point

  We got our panels installed by 365 Solar Energy in March of 2023. We receive a little credit in May, a little more in June, less in July and August. September and October none, then started paying electric bills in October, November and December, 2023. ******* electric bill was $600.00. I tried calling 365 Monday and Tuesday of this week and left 5 message on one phone number and 3 messages on the **************** number, no return calls. I finally called Generac and they told me that my connectivity was real low and that I should try calling 365. I said that I was and the last time I called their **************** number, I got a recording stating that the number was out of service, that was Tuesday, February 6. ******* said that they went of out business. I would love to hear from other 365 customers but don't know how to connect with anyone. I'm with some of you stating that 0 rating or lower would be the rating that I would give at this time. I been on the phone calling other companies that might service solar panels. I'm not getting really any results. Any suggestions?

  This company scams people. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE AT ********** OF TIME AND MONEY. Drove by their ********* location and they had boarded up windows. I am definitely contacting a lawyer!

  Shame i can't give an even lower rating than 1 star for 365Solar!! I had solar panels installed on my home in April 2023. Since then,my lowest electric bill was $162,and that was for January,2024. No electric bill had been under $182 and i had 2 bills over $400 last year!! I have not benefitted from having these panels installed and my electric bills have been roughly what they had been prior to these panels being installed. I had contacted my electric company and they had checked my meter and everything was operating normaally.They said that something is definitely wrong with your solar panels and set up. I have called this company 3 times.Each time,you get a recording,nobody answers and after you leave a voicemail,nobody returns your calls!! I have also emailed them twice,same thing,no response. I have now filed a fraud claim against them with the federal government,with my state. People that i know who have solar panels on their homes,ALL have stated they've been enjoying not having an electric bill,even receiving money because they've generated enough solar power. This company is a fraud and a disgrace and needs to be sued!!
