              Called company for same day service . Refrigerator was not cooling after several phon calls the refrigerator compressor was replaced and refrigerator was cooling but the ice maker was not working. ******************************, the repair person had to order a part at the cost of $200 plus and when he came to replace was still not working. He then after another week he came back and said he installed the part wrong and damaged the part. So he said he would order another part but I have tried to reach him for over two weeks and it goes to voice mail. I have called ***** to come and fix the ice maker but I want my $200 refunded due to the fact the repair was not done. The number of the company is ************** and the repair persons number is ************.

              I was connected to Best PRO when I called for a washing machine repair. They did send out someone that day. He went ahead and replaced a part without asking if we wanted to spend $300.00 to repair my old machine. About a month later the machine started doing the same thing. I called on Sunday and was told they would call when someone was coming but they called my cell phone and it came up as scam likely. Monday I called again and the repairman did call my home phone and said he would call when he was on the way. Never heard from them again. Not a very reputable company. I would not recommend this business to anyone. *******************************
