    Excellent work! ****** ********* came to our house to do an assessment on our roof locating damage from a hail storm. *** sent their *** to meet with our insurance company to make sure everything was noted. Roof was ordered and completely installed within less than a week. Excellent workers and thoroughly cleaned up following completion. We Highly recommend

    They came by for an estimate and ended up replacing two vent pipe boots at no charge and inspected the roof. I will definitely call them for any future roofing issues.

    Hired Ace Restoration Pros to replace my roof. Extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. Great communication on timing and steps to navigate the claims process. And the crew that replaced the roof were meticulous and thorough. Not a single remnant of the roof was found anywhere on my property. Highly recommended.

    Ace Roofing was great to work with. **** and *** came to my house and took me through the process. *** was available and always quick to respond to my questions and texts. They went the extra mile from beginning to end. I dont think many business do that any more. The roofers were in and out in one day and I have a beautiful new roof besides. If you are looking to replace your roof, you cant beat these guys. Thank you so much *** and ****. I could t ask for more!!

    Terrible job, damaged the roof base. Out source to unskilled spanish labors who cannot communicate english. Here are the issues created:1. After roof work, left pieces of shingles in the gutters causing clogged drain system and flow of water over the gutters like waterfall. Called twice, both time their guys confirmed cleaning but when it rains had same problem. Hired gutter cleaning guys, they found pieces of roof shingles in the gutters. After that clean up, had storms and rain more pieces flew over the roof to the ground and some again slided in the gutters and clogged drain again. We cleaned up and drain was still not flowing freely causing gutter overflow. This time we found nails clogged in the bends of drains. Costing us time and money as well as damages to the property.2. Cleaning was not done well, Nails everywhere on the lawn, driveways and patio.3. Never had roof leakage for 20 years of original roof, after *** done the job, too many leakages, complained and had to follow up to get their staff and after multiple visits, again spanish guys who cannot understand english went up to fix, we had rain after one week of fixing, still leakage there, causing stained ceiling.4. They have a ***************** who approached us with a proposal of roof replacement, until he get the business, he was trying to be professional. Now with these complaints, he is disrespectful, don't accept the issues due to faulty workmanship and unprofessional way of handling, calling customer by names, don't want to listen, fallacious argumental.5. Be safe rather than regret hiring their services. It is very stressful dealing with this guy.

    *********** we had a rep out with 48 hrs of issue being reported (June 23, 2024). You spoke to our General Manager yesterday and we have a inspection scheduled today (July 2, 2024) to do a quality control check on our repairs. It was discussed, if the roof had been repaired properly, ACE would take care of any interior damages as well.

    *** made getting a new roof through insurance an easy process. They inspected my roof for free. When damage was found, ***** walked me through every step of the process; even explaining the terminology when I didnt know what it meant. He followed up the day the work was completed and had all excess materials removed the following day.
