    We recently had our roof replaced by Charlotte's Best Roofing Company and are extremely satisfied with the results. The initial consultation was thorough, and the project manager, ****, was knowledgeable and patient. The crew was punctual, respectful, and their workmanship was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout, and the pricing was competitive. Overall, they exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. Highly recommended!

    I recently had my roof replaced by Charlotte's Best Roofing and Gutters, and I am very happy with the results. From start to finish, the experience was and professional.Initial Consultation: Worked with **** Grayson who was very thorough and helped walk me through the many options that work available. Workmanship: The crew arrived on time and worked quickly. They were respectful of my property, ensuring that everything was kept clean and tidy. The new roof looks great.Communication was excellent throughout the process. Not pushy while I waited to hear back from insurance companies, and was able to match a price I got from other quotes which was helpful as I wanted to give them the business.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the company. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service were great.

    Highly recommend!!! Answered my SOS call same day and inspected my ALMOST new roof ( not by CBR&R) for any other issues. Worked with me to determine best course and scheduled repairs quickly. I was able to communicate via text and phone with no worries of being home during the repairs. Cleanup was spotless and team was very professional and pleasure to work with . Would and have recommended to friends and family .

    We found Charlotte's Best Roofing by ****** searching while needing an emergency gutter repair due to a storm the day before a holiday. *********************** answered our distressed call and made a plan for repairs. After getting this issue rectified quickly for us we decided to use CBR for replacing our 20 year old roof. **** was very professional, responsive, and answered all of our questions. He made the process super easy and painless by working with the insurance company on our behalf. It was a pleasure to work with **** and team for our new roof. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommended them to anyone without hesitation!!

    **** is fantastic! He text prior to arrival and arrives on time. He is extremely well mannered and polite. He goes above and beyond to do the job. He even took the time to examine the roof and pipes even though he was hired to clean the gutters. He offered free advise for future maintenance. He was very careful of my plants and makes sure to do the job right. I would definitely recommend using this company and will be calling them myself in the future.

    The entire process was very simple and professional. **** came out to inspect my roof. He took care of contacting my insurance and getting the claim started. **** came out to meet with the adjuster, and went over what was needed. The crew showed up 30 minutes early. They did an excellent job replacing my roof. They cleaned up exceptionally well. I would recommend Charlotte's Best Roofing to everyone I know. Have actually already recommended to a couple people. Excellent experience. Could not be happier with the quality of the job. When they where done, you couldn't even tell they where here. Except that I have the best roof in the neighborhood now. Thanks again for an amazing experience.
