I originally filed a good review of this company in July 2021, but have asked that it be retracted....A representative, DeMarcus, from a gutter guard company visited us to give me a quote. It was more than I chose to spend on this residence, so he suggested that his friend, Johnny's Home Remodeling could install a product similar to his at a reduced price. I received a quote and ordered the installation. They did not show up or call the first 2-3 times I was given an appointment, but ultimately did and installed the product quickly and did what I thought was a good job. Several months later, I called Johnny to complain that my gutters were overflowing all around the house and I needed him to come and check on it. He brought one installer who cleaned out a gutter and left. Since that time, they have continued to leak around the entire house and the ones that were installed on the front have curled up and pieces of them floated down into the yard. I contacted him 8 weeks ago and was told that he had better gutter guards and would come out and take care of me. He has since told me that he had bigger jobs and couldn't get to me but he promised to do so - no time frame given. He has never contacted me again and will not return my calls now. He uses cheaply made products and will not stand behind his work. I would hate for anyone else to go through this trouble with JC's Home Remodeling.
